What are Amerivantage plans?
Wellpoint offers several types of Medicare Advantage Plans, called Amerivantage plans. Depending on the plan you choose, your plan may include $0 premiums and no deductible.
All Wellpoint Medicare Advantage Plans include an annual out-of-pocket spending max, which Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) does not offer. This out-of-pocket cap can help protect you from spending potentially thousands of dollars in Medicare costs.
Wellpoint plan benefits
Medicare Advantage plans from Wellpoint offer a number of optional benefits that Original Medicare does not cover. Your exact benefits will vary depending on the plan you choose.

- Eye exams plus $200 for eyeglasses or contact lenses

The Everyday Extras benefits package includes services such as:

- Adult day care centers to help combat loneliness and isolation
- Personal home helpers to help with daily activities around the house
